More than 1000 M23 Rebel fighters escaped the Bihanga Training Camp during a repatriation process stating that the Ugandan and DRC Governments were forcing them to back to their country without the Nairobi peace agreement being implemented. A 120 more were taken back to the DRC even though it's not clear whether they agreed to the process or were forced in to the waiting trucks at the Bihanga Training Camp...
